Martine Elliott Dip HE (Open) explores memory, movement and place through abstract landscape painting. After a 23-year career as cabin crew with British Airways, she is now based in Exeter.

Informed by global travel, aerial viewpoints and shifting light; her layered compositions draw inspiration from Gustav Klimt and Joan Mitchell.

Her landscapes hover between observation and emotion. Rooted in culture and the organic world, her work invites the viewer to look from above, through and beyond; encountering landscapes as lived, felt experiences rather than fixed locations.
